Introduction
- These rules are effective from January 2006.
- All bets accepted by the Company are subject to these terms and conditions.
- It is a condition of membership that clients agree to accept these terms and conditions.
- The Company reserves the right to make changes to these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will be published herewith.
- Clients must be over 18 years of age.
- The Company will pay all betting duties and taxes.

Privacy Policy
- Any personal information supplied by the client to the Company will be used by the Company for the purposes of determining the client's suitability as customer, processing bets and maintaining the client's account.

Opening an account
- Clients must open a deposit account. When opening an account, with a credit card, clients must ensure they use their own card. Clients may not exceed their account balance. Any winning bet taken erroneously for sums exceeding the credit balance will be paid in proportion.
- The minimum deposit required is €20, or any equivalent amount in the currencies accepted by the Company.
- A Client may only have one funded betting account. Any additional funded accounts will be closed and the deposits returned.
- Clients will be able to access their account details on-line. For any queries Customer Services must be contacted.
- When a bet has been accepted, the amount will be charged to the client's account and all winnings will be credited to the same account. All bank transfers will be made within five working days of the request being made. Funds can be deposited by cheque, bank wire transfer or by credit cards. Please contact Customer services for details.
- The client is responsible for the secrecy of his account number and password. Bets placed by third parties, aware of these personal details, will be considered valid.
- Clients may request withdrawals from their accounts at any time, with the provision that all payments made by the client have been received or cleared by the Company. The actual amount transferred will be the amount requested less any relevant bank charges. Requests for bank transfers for amounts less than €100 will not be accepted.
- If any sum is erroneously credited to the client's account, it shall be up to the client to point out this error to the Company. Otherwise any such sum and/or all subsequent wins directly or indirectly arising from this mistake shall be charged to the client's account. In the event of any bet being placed after kick-off time or relating to a disputed bet then it shall be treated as null and void.
- Laws regarding gambling vary throughout the world and it is the responsibility of the clients to ensure that they understand and comply with all laws or regulations prevailing in their own country or state. All Internet bets must be placed through the user interface provided by the Company on its web pages. Any Internet betting through other means, including the use of "robot punter" is strictly forbidden. In the event that the use of any non-approved client software is detected, the Company reserves the right to invalidate all such bets retroactively, cancel the relevant client's account, or take any other appropriate action as may be considered necessary.

Termination of account
- The Company reserves the right to close the account of any client at its discretion and without being obliged to justify its decision. In the event of an account closure, any outstanding balance will be sent to the client and, in the event of any running bets, these will stand and any winnings will be sent accordingly.
- In the event that a client has his account closed and subsequently opens an account under the same name, an alias or in co-operation of any other person(s), the Company reserves the right to close these accounts.
- In the event that a client knowingly places a bet on an event, the result of which is already known at the time it was placed, such bet shall be null and void.

Placing of bets
Football
- A bet is valid following confirmation of acceptance. Such acceptance is demonstrated by the relevant bet's identification number.
- When a bet is placed and accepted, the corresponding amount is charged against the client's deposit account.
- Single and/or multiple bets are accepted. The combination of eventualities concerning different sports in a single bet is also accepted.
- Multiple bets are not accepted when they are composed of two types of bets relating to the same event, or in the case of Ante Post betting the same teams. It is also not allowed to combine Ante Post bets with bets on events including the same competitor, or competition, unless it is clearly specified.
- The client is obliged to check that the instructions sent are correct before definitively confirming the bet.
- The Company reserves the right to accept, decline or partially accept bets proposed by clients, or to make ambiguous bets void, without being obliged to justify its decisions. Attempts by groups of clients or syndicates to exceed any maximum stake and/or maximum payouts may result in the closure of betting accounts and all such suspicious bets will be considered void and the stakes returned.
- Bets placed and accepted cannot be canceled or altered by the client.
- Bets placed inadvertently following the start of the respective events, shall be considered void. In the case of multiple bets, such individual elements shall be considered void, whilst the remaining elements will stand, subject to the Company's rules.
- Dates and times published by the Company are purely indicative. The actual start times issued by the competent federations shall be applicable for the purposes of applying the present rules.
- In the event that the time and/or date of an event is brought forward, bets placed before the actual start shall be deemed valid.
- In the case of an individual bet, the return for a win is equal to the stake amount multiplied by the odds. In the case of a multiple bet, it is equal to the stake amount multiplied by the various odds.

- All odds are subject to fluctuation. The odds applicable for the purpose of calculating winnings are those offered by the Company at the time the bet was acknowledged. All details of the accepted bet (including time and odds) are shown on the Bet Confirmation Slip. In the event of any dispute, the time recorded on the Company's system will be conclusive.
- The Company tries to avoid mistakes in publishing odds but, should this inadvertently occur, reserves the right to change incorrect odds even after the event. The term "incorrect odds" here does not mean the odds as a forecast, but an error of transcription or reversal of the odds. The Company shall provide information about such incorrect odds on the site. Under such circumstances, the client may request the cancellation or replacement of the respective selection(s) provided this is done prior to the event commencing.
- If an event is canceled, the respective selection is considered with odds of 1. In the event of an individual bet (single), the amount of the bet is refunded. In the case of multiple bets in which events canceled are combined with other valid events with a winning forecast, the bet is deemed winning with overall odds equal to the product of the odds relating to the valid events
- In the event of a tie between participants in any sport, the respective forecast is considered "Dead-Heat". If a "Dead-Heat" is officially declared on an event, half the stake is applied to the selection at full odds and the other half is lost. If more than two participants "dead-heat", the stake is proportioned accordingly.
Basketball

Selection
- Singles - a single is a bet on one selection in one event. Your selection must be successful to get a return.
- Doubles - a double consists of one bet involving two selections from different events. Both selections must be successful to get a return.
- Trebles- a treble consists of one bet involving three selections from different events. All three selections must be successful to get a return.
- Accumulator - an accumulator is one bet with four or more selections from different events. All selections must be successful to get a return.
- Permutations - a permutation is a bet that may include different events, giving you the chance to forecast different outcomes for each event. For example, if you have made 3 selections (A, B and C) you can 'perm' all the possible doubles. In this case all the doubles possible are AB, AC, and BC; a total of 3 individual bets, or lines. Similarly, if you have made 4 selections (A, B, C and D) you can also 'perm' all the possible doubles from these four. Now the doubles are AB, AC, AD, BC, BD, CD; a total of 6 individual bets, or lines.
- Combinations with bankers - bankers are the selections of teams that you choose to include in all your lines. A combination with bankers is a bet that gives you the chance to select some of the events as fixed (Bankers) and then 'perm' the rest of your selections.
- Each-Way - an each way single consists of two bets on one selection in one event, with the first bet on the selection to win and the second bet on the selection to be placed. The specific terms of the place element of an each way bet will vary depending on the event, and will be clearly displayed.
- Place - a place bet involves one selection in one event. Your selection must be placed for your bet to win and your return will depend on the place terms displayed on the event.
- Single Only (1) - a Single Only is a bet that cannot be part of a multiple bet. The number (1) next to the odds indicates that the event can be selected as Single Only.
- Singles and upwards (1+) - you can bet this single or combined with other bets.
- Doubles and upwards (2+) - minimum combination required for this bet is 2.
- Trebles and upwards (3+) - minimum combination required for this bet is 3.
- Minimum Three and upwards (+3) - minimum combination required for this bet is 3 selections from the same bet type.

Football
- Bets are accepted only on matches where the Company offers odds and all winning bets will be settled at cumulative odds based on the individual odds shown on our website. In the event of a bet being erroneously accepted that contains a match for which no odds have been offered, that match will be treated as a "non-runner" (odds=1).
- Dates and kickoff times of matches shown on our coupons are for guidance purposes only.
- Selections for match betting are indicated as follows: The symbol 'H' to indicate a win for the team shown on the left (home team), the symbol 'D' for a draw and the symbol 'A' to indicate a win for the team shown on the right (away team). In the event of a match being played on a neutral ground the team on the left will be regarded as the home side and the team shown on the right as the away side.
- Bets will be accepted up to one minute before the advertised kickoff time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes a match after its ACTUAL kickoff time, the match will be treated as 'non-runner' (odds=1) and the remaining selections will be settled irrespective of the minimums detailed in the Minimum Selections Rule.
- The terms 'full-time', '90 minutes play' and 'normal time' are all used to denote the period of play which includes time added by match officials for stoppages. They DO NOT include extra time, penalty shoot-outs etc.
- Maximum number of selections accepted online ending with a final result DRAW is 5 folds (that is F.T 90 minutes , H.T. 45 minutes, HT/FT and Correct Scores).
Basketball
- Bets are accepted only on matches where the Company offers odds and all winning bets will be settled at cumulative odds based on the individual odds shown on our website. In the event of a bet being erroneously accepted that contains a match for which no odds have been offered, that match will be treated as a "non-runner" (odds=1).
- Dates and start times of matches shown on our coupons are for guidance purposes only.
- The symbol 'FT-HH' indicates the full time handicap for the team shown on the left (home team), the symbol 'D' for a draw taking into consideration the handicap and the symbol 'FT-AH' to indicate the full time away handicap for the team shown on the right (away team). In the event of a match being played on a neutral ground the team on the left will be regarded as the home side and the team shown on the right as the away side.
- Bets will be accepted up to one minute before the advertised start time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted which includes a match after its ACTUAL start time, the match will be treated as 'non-runner' (odds=1) and the remaining selections will be settled irrespective of the minimums detailed in the Minimum Selections Rule.
- The terms 'full-time' and 'normal time' are all used to denote the period of play. They DO NOT include extra time.

Results
Football
- Results are always as recognised on the field or on the podium. Any results on paper deriving from disciplinary action, sports or ordinary legal actions, shall NOT be taken into account. In case of news of "sporting offences" or "fixing" the Company reserves the right to freeze wins pending the outcome of relevant investigations and not to pay them in the event that the information proves correct.
- Should a match be abandoned before 90 minutes play then all bets will be declared void unless the outcome of that bet has already been decided ie. the first goal has been scored. If a match is postponed for any reason, with respect to the official date of the competent Federation, and not played by the following day, the result for betting purposes is deemed void (odds = 1).
- In cases which are not and cannot be foreseen, the Company reserves the right to establish the decision to be taken, making the relevant announcement by means of its own communication means.
- Where an event is postponed and rearranged to take place within 24 hours of the original starting time, all bets will stand. If the rescheduling of the event is for a time more than 24 hours after the original, all bets will be void and stakes refunded for the particular match.
- If there is a change of location for an event (opponent's ground, neutral ground, non-neutral ground if originally indicated as neutral (N) ground) with respect to the programme published by the Company, without the information media having given news of this prior to the commencement of the event, the event is deemed void. The company's responsibility to announce Neutral Ground will not be deemed necessary in the event of a club playing at an alternative venue (due to repairs, renovations or other unforeseen circumstances) and declaring that intention to their respective associations.
- In the event that the change in venue is announced before the game starts, the Company may offer fresh odds on the relevant game. The bets accepted prior to the knowledge of change in venue will be void. The bets taken with fresh odds will stand.
- All football bets will be settled on 90 minutes play (injury and stoppage time allowed). Extra Time, Golden Goals and Penalty Shoot-outs DO NOT count.
Basketball

If a match is postponed for any reason with respect to the official date of the Competent Federation and not played by the following day, the result for betting purposes will be deemed void(odds = 1).

Football
Betting opportunities: Home win (H), Draw (D), Away win (A).
Bets must indicate the result at Full-Time. Settlement of bets will be based on the odds shown on our Full-time coupon. Bets on matches abandoned before the start of the second half will be considered void. The term '90 minutes play' denotes the period of play up to Full-time, including injury time.
Betting opportunities: Home win (H), Draw (D), Away win (A)
Bets must indicate the result at Half-Time. Settlement of bets will be based on the odds shown on our Half-time coupon. Bets on matches abandoned before half-time will be considered void. The term '45 minutes play' denotes the period of play up to Half Time, including injury time.
- Half Time/Full Time or 45'/90' Betting
Betting opportunities: H-H, D-H, A-H, H-D, D-D, A-D, H-A, D-A, A-A
Bets predicting the result must indicate the result at both Half-time and Full-time If a football match is abandoned prior to the start of the second half, then the selection is void.
- Total Number of Goals Betting
Betting opportunities: 0-1, 2-3, 4-6, 7+
Bets must predict the total number of goals to be scored in a particular match. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs do not count.
Betting opportunities: Under 2.5, Over 2.5
Bets must predict whether the total number of goals scored in a particular match will be under or over 2.5.
Betting opportunities: HD, DA, HA
Bets predicting the double chance must indicate the result at Full-time Double chance is the combination of Home Win-Draw, or Draw-Away Win, or Home Win-Away Win (H/D, D/A, H/A). Settlement will be based on the odds shown on our Double Chance coupon. Bets on matches abandoned before the start of the second half will be considered void. The term "90 minutes play" denotes the period of play up to Full-time, including injury time.

Bets must predict whether a particular team will score or not
Betting opportunities: 1-0, 2-0, 2-1, 3-0, 3-1, 3-2, 4-0, 4-1, 4-2, 0-0, 1-1, 2-2, …
Bets must predict the correct score at the end of normal time (extra-time and penalty shoot-outs do not count).
Betting opportunities: First / Last / Any player to Score
Every effort will be made to quote First/Last/Any Player to Score odds for all possible participants. However, players not named will count as winners, should they score the first or last goal. Bets on players not taking part in the match will be void, as will bets on 'first player to score' where the selection enters the game (comes on) after the first goal has been scored. All players who participate in a match will be considered as 'runners' for last player to score purposes.
If the first goal/last/any goal is an own goal, all bets placed on a particular goal scorer will be deemed losing, with bets placed on an "own goal" deemed winners.
In the event of a dispute over the award of a goal for first / last scorer betting purposes, settlement will be based on the goal scorer listed in the results section in each of the British national newspapers (including the Racing Post) and decided by a majority verdict. In the case of a Saturday match, the Sunday national newspapers, plus the following Monday's Racing Post will determine the result. Settlement will be based on final editions and where a newspaper does not include a goal scorer in its results section, it will not count towards the majority verdict.
Should the results sections of the British national newspapers not contain the names of the goal scorers for matches outside the UK, then settlement will be based on information obtained from the national newspapers of the relevant country.
Betting opportunities: 1-10min, 11-20, 21-30, 31-40, 41-50, 51-60, …81-90min.
You have to forecast what time range the first goal will be scored. In the event of a dispute, the same rules will apply as for the goal scorer.
Betting opportunities: Home win (H), Draw (D), Away win (A)
A European Handicap bet is where one team is given a head start, to even up the game for betting purposes. You have to forecast the full time result taking into account the handicap.
An outright or ante post bet gives you the chance to forecast the winner of a tournament, a championship or a race when the event is some time in the future. The team awarded the championship shall be the winner, regardless of the manner in which it wins it (play-offs, extra time, golden goal, flick of a coin, etc.). If a team, which has been backed, does not qualify, is withdrawn or disqualified, all bets shall be deemed losing. Odds on additional events may be offered from time to time. In these circumstances further explanations will be given where necessary.
The punter chooses the Win Bet option if he wishes to back the team he has chosen to win a particular competition
The punter chooses the Place Bet option if he wishes to back the team he has chosen to finish in the specified number of top positions.
The bet stake is divided equally and placed on Win Bet and Place Bet at the respective odds.
Head to head matches only take into account official championship days and do not include any play-offs. If two teams finish the official days of the championship with the same number of points, they shall be classified in terms of goal difference. The goal difference is given by the difference between the number of goals scored less the number of goals conceded. The highest positive, or lowest negative, goal difference shall occupy the highest position. If the goal difference is the same, the "Head to Head" in question shall be void (odds = 1).
The minimum number of selections allowed in any football bet is as advertised or as detailed on our website coupons. A bet that does not meet the minimum requirements will be void or reduced to include only the valid selections. (MAXIMUM SELECTION = 20)
Any bet, which was inadvertently accepted and falls below the minimum or above the maximum number of selections criteria, is void.
Basketball
- Full Time Betting with Handicap
Betting opportunities: Full Time Home Handicap (FT-HH), Draw (D), Full Time Away Handicap (FT-AH).
The result of the Full Time bet is obtained by taking into account the respective handicap to the final result .Bets on matches abandoned before the start of the second half or any time during the second half will be considered void(odds = 1).
- Half Time Betting with Handicap
Betting opportunities: Half Time Home Handicap(HT-HH), Draw (D), Half Time Away Handicap(HT-AH)
The result of the Half Time bet is obtained by taking into account the respective handicap to the half time result. Bets on matches abandoned before the end of half time will be deemed void (odds = 1). If a match is abandoned at half time then for settling purposes Half Time bets will count.
- Half Time/Full Time or 20'/40' Betting with Handicap
Betting opportunities: H-H, D-H, A-H, H-D, D-D, A-D, H-A, D-A, A-A
For the Half Time/Full Time result you have to predict which team will be leading at the end of the first half and which team will win the game taking into consideration the Half Time/Full Time Handicaps.
Example: Benetton Vs Real Madrid Half Time Handicap 1 Full Time Handicap 2. If you select Half Time/Full Time Home-Home (H-H) The home team Benetton must lead the first half by 2 points+ Then to win the match by at least 3 points+. Outright (Ante-post)
An outright or ante post bet gives you the chance to forecast the winner of a tournament, a championship when the event is some time in the future.
The team awarded the championship shall be the winner, regardless of the manner in which it wins it (play-offs, extra time, flick of a coin, etc.). If a team, which has been backed, does not qualify, is withdrawn or disqualified, all bets shall be deemed losing.

Complaints / Disputes
- In the event of any dispute the time recorded on the Company's system archive data record will be conclusive.
- In the event of dispute, the company will not consider valid any printed matter or receipts which will not have their counterpart in the records at the Company's disposal.
- Complaints or objections relating to bets placed online via the Internet must be made before the start of the events to which the bets relate.
- Results relating to sports events, valid for the purposes of the outcome of bets, are those established by the Company. Any disputes shall only be examined if supported by official documentation issuing from the respective sports federation.
- For any matters not covered by these rules and by the contents of the Internet site, the Company reserves the right to decide on an individual basis on the basis of equity.
